Raiding in Warlords of Draenor:

We have talked extensively about what our plan is concerning raiding in Warlords of Draenor and we are ready to announce our plans for raiding in the next expansion.

In this post I have used the Warlords of Draenor difficulties, so Normal difficulty is Flexible in Mists of Pandaria, Heroic is current Normal and Mythic is current Heroic. Please read the blog post by Blizzard here, if you are not aware of these changes: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/blog/11499600
As you know, Warlords of Draenor will be released on 13th November. The current unlocking schedule says that the first raid will not unlock for at least two and a half week. This means you have some time to level and you don’t need to rush to 100 once Warlords is live. We want to continue having three raiding days and it we would like to keep them on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The first weeks without raids, we’ll do guild dungeon runs or other things. Once Highmaul unlocks, we’ll start raiding ASAP (which means, once we have enough people at 100). Of course, we’ll start with Normal (current flex), once we have showed some progression, we will slowly move on to Heroic (current Normal) Highmaul or Normal Blackrock Foundry, depending on the progression at that point. As some point we would like to have two raid groups, one weekday raid group with people who are willing to commit to some sort of schedule. These will be on Tuesday and Thursday. We are not looking to be the best, fastest-progression raiders on the server, but we do want to have some form of progression, a somewhat dedication to the raid is not unrealistic to ask from our raiders.
Additionally, we’ll have a second raid on Saturday, where everyone is welcome to join, even if you don’t want to commit to a schedule. We will not be doing Mythic (current Heroic) raids as that isn’t designed for 20 players of the same class, nor will we be hosting Raid Finder events. Of course, you’re free to run them yourself or with guildies, but we want to have people raid with us, instead of 25 randoms.
- Dungeon events until unlocking of first raid.
- Three raid nights, all normal at first.
- Two Heroic-difficulty raid nights on Tuesday and Thursday for people with some form of dedication once we have progressed a bit more.
- Free-for-all Normal-difficulty on Saturday.

Loot-wise we will be using the new personal loot system, just like current flexible difficulty works, as that minimizes the chance of cloth, mail and plate drops.

We are currently 13/14 flex - and 3/14 normal  We run 2-3 times a week. Tuesdays / Thursdays 20:30 till 22:30 - 23:30. Teamspeak 3 and ilvl 530+ required.
(lower for part 1 & 2)

Saturdays: SoO part 1 or 2 flex for gearing up

Casual Druid pvp in Random Battle grounds and Arena:

Battlegrounds:

- No specific gear required ; although PVP gear would be recommended. Teamspeak required. We may define our team, depending on the amount of Dmg/healers joining.

Arena:
5v5: WoD Arena team in the planning. Early conquest gear required. Team speak required - current composition 5 moonkin. Good communication and teamwork is required

Druid Challenge runs:
High-skill level required - no specific days have been set, but the event takes between 1-1½ hour.

We are gathering in a team of Druids for Heroic progressive runs in WoD. A certain skill level is required, and a relaxed attitude.
